Solonaya is a reseller and fulfillment intermediary. All of our products are sourced from independent third-party suppliers based in China.

  • We have contractual agreements in place where the supplier assumes full legal liability for the product itself.

Any legal, quality, or compliance concerns related to the product must be directed to the manufacturer. We will assist where possible but hold no direct responsibility for the product contents or effects.

 

 

3. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Solonaya and its owners, employees, or partners are not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising out of your use or inability to use our products or website.

  • This includes (but is not limited to) health consequences, allergic reactions, delays in delivery, data losses, Klarna-related issues, or dissatisfaction with results.
  • Our total liability shall never exceed the price paid for the product in question.

 

 

4. Payments, Refunds & Klarna

We accept Klarna as a third-party payment provider to offer flexible financing. Klarna operates independently of our store. When you use Klarna, you agree to their terms and policies.

We do not control Klarna’s approval decisions, installment schedules, or refund procedures. Any payment or billing issues must be handled directly with Klarna’s support team.

We encourage customers to contact us first before initiating any dispute or refund request through Klarna. Many issues can be resolved quickly through our customer support team.

 

 

5. Klarna Use Guidelines & Fair Dispute Policy

We work closely with Klarna to ensure fair and transparent payment processing for our customers.

If you encounter an issue with your order, we ask that you contact our support team first  most issues can be resolved quickly and smoothly.

We respectfully request that Klarna’s platform not be used to submit inaccurate claims (e.g., disputes on delivered items or unauthorized payments made by the purchaser).

We maintain full records (e.g., tracking, communication, order logs) and will submit these to Klarna when required for dispute resolution.

Repeat or abusive misuse of Klarna’s dispute system may result in:

• Restricted access to our store
• Referral to Klarna’s internal risk review team
• Legal review if the case involves material loss or false statements

Klarna also retains the right to limit or suspend future use of their services based on misuse patterns.
