Shipping Policy

How long does delivery take?

Our delivery times are typically 4–15 business days and consist of two phases:

Processing Time: 1–3 Business Days
During this phase, your order is processed, including order confirmation, adjustments, quality checks, and packaging.

Shipping Time: 5–12 Business Days
Shipping time depends on the destination. This is the time it takes for your order to travel from our international shipping center to your delivery address.

Tracking information will be sent to your email once your order has been shipped. Please check your inbox for updates.

Placed an order between 19-1-2025 and 05-02-2025?
Then your package will have some delay. Packages will be sent after the end of this period. Our warehouse is doing their best to deliver it on time for you! 

Return to Sender

Orders that have been returned to sender due to address issue are nonrefundable.

Cancellation policy

Cancellation is allowed within 30 mins after order was placed. Any request sent beyond 30 mins will not be granted and we will continue with the fulfillment. Orders that have been shipped can no longer be cancelled. 

If customer refused acceptance of the item upon delivery, transaction is nonrefundable.
